My friend went there to pick up a package and a Lady named Tracy was very rude to him. She was very short with him and I did not like the experience my friend told me of this location. Tracy, please adjust your attitude.!

The only reason I gave them one star is because I could not go lower. I work a regular Joe day job, so I was going to have my room mates sign, but they would not leave it with them. When I called, they promptly hung up on me. I attempted to get them to deliver it late so I'd be around. Their solution? Show up at 12:50 instead of 12. Absolutely terrible experience, and now my items got shipped back to the sender at my expense.
